Mark Suzman, the new CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and a key figure in the fight against COVID-19, will hold a conversation with GeekWire on Thursday, May about global health, science and the future of the world's largest philanthropic foundation 7, in one virtual live event exclusively for GeekWire members.
Suzman, a 12-year-old veteran of the Gates Foundation, took the helm of $ 47 billion philanthropy in February and succeeded former Gates Foundation CEO Sue Desmond-Hellmann shortly after the World Health Organization COVID-19 joined Had declared pandemic.
